I finally finished stitching on M Designs PRAY. Designed for Katrina Relief. This is stitched on 28 ct hand dyed SMF "Dolphin Dance", and stitched with Reef Lagoon Dinky Dyes. Now to add the beads, and she's done!! I'm trying to find the right color beads to use, right now I have some Mill Hill's I'm considering.

So far today I've stayed OP with WW! WOOHOO. I've gained back a few lbs of the 28 I had lost, so I am getting back on track. DH is on the downward trend too, and it's nice to see him losing. I've been drinking water today and nothing like having the good ole bladder talk to you, URGENTLY! LOL At least I wasn't stuck in any meetings and "having to go"!
