We have high surf and wind this weekend - at least today is gorgeous - yesterday was rainy. It was high tide when DH and I came home from church, so we quick, hopped in the golf cart and rode up to the bridge. In the first picture we are sitting on the bridge to the island. The water is usually over to the right of the picture, and all the rest is marsh.

We couldn't even get past the entrance of the beach. We are standing at the corner here, and see how far the water was coming up. The wave action was great, and the pics below show some of the surfers.
