So, which option for fabric do you like best with these silks?
Liberty Gathering Gray R&R Reproductions
(which is more of a blue/gray)
or
Vintage Autumn Gold Lakeside Linens
I like them both, and I know the pictures don't do them justice. It's for Shores of Hawk Run Hollow. I think the blue is more "nautical", but the recommended fabric is really nice too.
Thoughts????

Hmmm...I agree that the blue/gray fabric is more nautical...but I hate to admit it, they seem to "pop" more on the gold fabric...
I'm with Vonna - even before I read her comment, the word "pop" came to mine - they do really pop against the autumnal fabric.
As for a SAL - if you can wait a couple of weeks to start (or for me to catch up!), I would love to be in a SAL. I haven't purchased the fabric, threads, or charts as yet; I know I'm late to the party!
I like the blue, but I agree with the others that the colours will be more striking on the brown fabric.
