Here She Is!

DH's new toy! We love it! It's great to take to the beach! The city designated our little island a "golf cart" community a year or so ago. Lots of the neighbors have had one for years. Everytime we go out, we see more and more of them!

The day after it was delivered, DS and I took it out on the beach at lunch. We broke down! One of the batteries melted!!! We had the dog with us, so I walked home (huffing, puffing and sweating). I called the company and they were sending someone out, DS managed to get the cart home by holding one of the cables to the battery (and yes, getting shocked along the way). We received all new batteries (6 of them) and no more problems! Although, DH and I almost didn't make it home last night! There's a "battery level" and we thought it went all the way down, but apparently one click under mid-way and it starts "blinking at ya"!! Well, at least we are learning the hard way!

Now we just need to come up with a cute name for her!
