They're HERE
Queen Elizabeth II and The Duke of Edinburgh (Prince Philip) arriving in Richmond, VA. They have since made their way to Williamsburg, VA. Tomorrow, they will tour Jamestown - in honor of the 400th anniversary of the Jamestown Settlement -. We are pleased as punch to have them back in the Commonwealth - the last time she was here was in 1957!!

My Mother would always say, "The British are Coming, the British are coming!" To make me wash the dishes faster...LOL! I laughed out loud when I read your title :)
It was a fun little game my Mom always played with me :)
It always strikes me as ironic the crowds that turn out for a royal visit, considering how hard the US fought to get rid of the monarchy! LOL
I would have liked to have seen them - I've seen them when they visited Australia, but never in the US.
