I picked up some fresh peaches, bing cherries and plums at the store the other day. I've been wanting to make some peach preserves, but instead, a peach/cherry cobbler came out! DH and my small taste test (as you can see), was really YUMMY. It's in an 8x8 pan, so at least there's a not a lot of it! Can't wait to put some vanilla bean ice cream on top.
