The US Air Force Thunderbirds are in town this weekend! They are here for the air show at Langley Air Force Base http://www.langleyafbairshow.com/ this weekend. We have a great view from where we live, they fly out over the Chesapeake Bay and it's a straight shot into LAFB. The view from the hospital today though, was amazing. They were practicing right outside my office window! At one time 8 of them came right overtop of the hospital. I always thought only 6 flew, with 2 standbys....but all 8 were up today.

DS traded his Jeep today. THANK THE GOOD LORD! It just was NOT reliable and I was worried every time he went out in it. He (and DH) now own a HUGE truck! LOL It's a Chevy Silverado....1998. It's LOUD, but it seems to be a good running truck. Pictures will come tomorrow. He needs to get it cleaned really well and it's dark now anyway! LOL

DH made it home from Charlotte, NC. He is through with traveling for awhile. This weekend we have GOT to get some things done around the house, and purge through the closets.

Work is busy...but I did get a 3.5% raise.
